PSSS in collaboration with Royal Mechanical Group Pty Ltd are delighted to announce the launch of their range of Australian designed and manufactured foam and steel bodied pigs.
Managing Director, John Wilton explains “We are proud to be bringing a comprehensive range of both foam and steel bodied pigs, manufactured right here in Australia. Our collaborative partner, Royal Mechanical Group have established a brand-new foam pig manufacturing facility in Perth and PSSS are the exclusive distributor for their full range of pipeline pigs. From standard foamies, to coated and full wire pigs across a broad range of densities 18kg/m3 – 200kg/m3, this collaboration will mark the first of its kind within the Australian market. Perhaps one of the biggest and most exciting benefits for our customers is the significant reduction of lead times and exorbitant freight costs, as we are no longer relying on overseas providers. This is an exciting step for PSSS. We have sold pigs here in Australia now for 10 years, so offering a true-blue Aussie made pig is a great step forward in our ever evolving product range. This also enables us to offer customised pigs, both foam and steel bodied, tailored to your specific pipeline needs.”
