The ACT 40V Electrofusion Control Box is a dependable, high-performance welding unit designed for electrofusion of PE and PP pipe systems across a wide range of applications. Suitable for pipe diameters from 16mm to 630mm (and up to 710mm depending on fitting manufacturer), the ACT 40V is built to support low, medium, and high-pressure systems. Its robust design and intuitive operation make it a preferred choice for civil construction, pipeline projects, and hire fleets.

With multiple operating modes including Manual, Fusamatic, and Barcode, operators can select the most efficient workflow for the task. A large onboard data log stores over 2000 weld records, easily downloadable via USB for traceability and compliance.

Constructed for demanding site conditions, the unit offers a rugged frame with optional stainless steel construction, ensuring long-term performance in harsh environments.
