PSSS Pig Test Headers - Launcher/Receiver

Designed for ease of operation, longevity, and to accommodate multiple sizes and classes, meeting both technical and commercial needs.

Test Header Set Suitable for:
  • Pipe Sizes: 4″, 6″, 8″
  • Classes: 150, 300, 600, 900lb
Key Features:

  • Kit includes flange adaptors for 150#, 300#, 600#, 900# for pipe sizes 4″, 6″, 8″
  • Simple leg support for field use
  • Designed to AS2885.1 and AS4041MDR standards

Pig Launcher and Receiver:
  • Pig Launcher: Located upstream, launches the pig into the pipeline.
  • Pig Receiver: Located downstream, receives the pig after it has passed through the pipeline.
Importance:
  • Essential for the safe and continuous operation of pipelines, used in natural gas and oil pipelines.
  • Used for cleaning, inspecting, coating, and separating fluid batches in the pipeline.
  • Store pigs when not in use.
