SP-2888® R.G. Sprayable Cartridge is a 100% solids, epoxy-polyurethane hybrid coating, combining the superior adhesion and corrosion resistance of epoxy with the durability and toughness of polyurethane. It’s a versatile, isocyanate-free coating system ideal for protecting steel and metal surfaces from severe corrosion and abrasion.

  • Superior Resistance: Excels in protecting against corrosion, abrasion, and chemical exposure.
  • High Adhesion: Strong bonding to grit-blasted steel, Fusion Bond Epoxy, Fiber Reinforced Plastic, and polyolefins.
  • Cathodic Disbonding Resistance: Tested up to 85°C (185°F).
  • Flexibility: Withstands impact and minor substrate movements without cracking.
  • Single-Coat Application: Achieves high-build thickness >50 mils in one coat.
  • Environmentally Friendly: Isocyanate-free, 100% solids, low environmental impact.
