Guardian Petrolatum Mastic UL
Guardian Petrolatum Mastic UL is a reinforced petrolatum compound designed to profile irregular surfaces and support long-term corrosion protection across above and below ground assets.
Incorporating inert fillers, corrosion inhibitors, and closed-cell polymer beads, the compound provides excellent surface conformity while maintaining low density and long-term plasticity. Its non-hardening formulation enables the product to fill voids, crevices, sharp angles, and irregular profiles without bridging or leaving gaps behind the protection system.
Guardian Petrolatum Mastic UL forms part of the complete Guardian Petrolatum System and is commonly used to prepare and contour difficult geometries prior to wrapping with petrolatum tapes and overwrap systems.
Suitable for use across pipeline, marine, offshore, refining, industrial, and infrastructure applications, the system delivers reliable corrosion protection performance in demanding operating environments.
