Guardian Petrolatum Tape ST
Guardian Petrolatum Tape ST is a non-woven polyester petrolatum tape designed for long-term corrosion protection across above and below ground pipeline and infrastructure applications.
Fully impregnated and saturated with petrolatum compound, the tape incorporates corrosion inhibitors, inert fillers, and moisture repellents to deliver reliable protection in harsh operating environments. Its non-hardening formulation allows the tape to remain flexible over time, accommodating substrate movement, vibration, and thermal expansion without cracking or disbonding.
Manufactured in accordance with AWWA Standard C217-14, Guardian Petrolatum Tape ST is suitable for use across pipeline rehabilitation, pipe joints, flanges, fittings, marine structures, buried assets, and other steel infrastructure requiring practical field-applied corrosion protection.
Guardian Petrolatum Tape ST forms part of the complete Guardian Petrolatum System and is commonly used alongside Guardian Petrolatum Primer, Mastic, and Overwrap products.
