These pigs are built with open-cell polyurethane foam and finished with durable polyurethane elastomer coatings. Whether you're cleaning plastic pipe, coated steel, or tackling heavy deposits like scale and encrusted materials, there's a PSSS pig designed for the job.
Criss-Cross Coated Foam Pigs
Our most versatile coated pig style, suitable for routine cleaning and product separation. These pigs feature a criss-cross polyurethane elastomer coating to enhance durability and friction during cleaning.
- Light Density - Ideal for light-duty wiping and drying
- Medium Density - General-purpose cleaning and batching
- Heavy Density - Suitable for tough cleaning or long-distance runs
Plastic Bristle Foam Pigs
Designed to clean internally coated or plastic pipelines such as PVC, HDPE, and fibreglass, without compromising the pipe surface. Bristle pigs are embedded with red or white plastic brush straps for enhanced debris removal without abrasion.

Wire Brush Foam Pigs
